Welcome to Scippa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scippa's website, products, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Scippa provides a B2B lead generation platform that enables users to search, discover, and export professional contact information. Our Services include:

• Access to our database of verified professional contacts
• Search and filtering capabilities
• Email verification services
• Data export functionality
• CRM integrations and API access (on eligible plans)

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the data obtained through our Services responsibly
• Not share your account with others unless on a team plan

You may not use our Services to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person
• Violate any applicable anti-spam or data protection laws
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services
• Resell or redistribute our data without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use data for illegal purposes or discrimination
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Subscription Plans

Scippa offers various subscription plans with different features and credit allocations. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Credits

Lead credits are allocated based on your subscription plan. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless specified in your plan.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers on paid plans. To request a refund, contact support@scippa.io within 14 days of your initial purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

Scippa and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Services. However, by using our Services, you grant us a license to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCIPPA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

While we strive for high data accuracy, we do not guarantee that all contact information will be current or accurate at all times.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
